Booking & Terms

  • Before scheduling a session, please read carefully. Booking a session means you understand and agree to these policies.

    • Only serious, committed clients should book. Slots are limited, and last-minute ghosting prevents others from getting their time.

    • This work requires openness and respect — rudeness, hostility, or disrespect will not be tolerated. The reader reserves the right to refuse service if your energy is not aligned.

    • Topics not covered: health, death, lottery/gambling, or anything intended to harm/control others.

    • Slots are confirmed only after you DM @phoenixmedusa AND complete full payment.

    • Payment must be made within 2 hours of booking confirmation. After that, the slot will be released.

    • Payments are non-refundable, as all sessions and rituals involve time, energy, and preparation that cannot be reclaimed.

    • Sessions must be claimed within 1 month from payment date, or they will be forfeited.

    • Certain readings (Ember Path, Serpent Wing, Flame Mirror,Gate of Persephone, Throne of Athena,Crown of Medusa) are best booked at least 2—5 days in advance. Rituals require at least 48 hours notice.

    • Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times, provided proper notice is given (6 hours for readings, 12 hours for rituals).

    • Arriving more than 10 minutes late or failing to show may result in the session being forfeited.

    • After 2 consecutive no-shows, future sessions may be forfeited. Emergency situations can be discussed directly with the reader.

    • All communication is via text/email unless otherwise arranged.

    • Phone calls, drop-ins, or unsolicited messages are not permitted.

    • The reader will not be rushed; sessions are conducted only when the practitioner is in the proper mental and energetic space.

    • Respectful, clear communication is expected at all times.

    • All readings, rituals, and workshops are confidential. The reader will not share personal details without consent.

    • Clients are expected to respect the privacy of the session and not share content publicly without permission.

    • Outcomes of readings or rituals cannot be guaranteed. Energy work is influenced by many factors, including your own intentions.

    • Rituals are not performed for harmful purposes or to control others.

    • Approach each session or ritual with an open mind and good intent.
